Christoph Stemann

Mr. Christoph Stemann has studied law at the University of Münster in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. As a scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung he has passed the First State Exam as well as the Foreign Law and Language Programme in “International Law”.

Mr. Stemann joined the ICTL as Junior Researcher in 2022, he also acts as Membership Affairs Officer for the Secretariat of the International Network of Customs Universities (INCU) in Canberra.

During his study, Mr. Stemann has completed an internship at Streitbörger PartGmbB in Hamm and Münster with regard to matters of corporate, insurance and banking law. He also was intern at the Ministry of Regional Identity, Local Government, Building and Digitalization of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia processing European public procurements, preparing statements to the audit court of North Rhine-Westphalia and adapting contracts.
