Mr. Christoph Stemann is a student of law at the University of Münster. Having passed the Foreign Law and Language Programme in “International Law” fully satisfactory as well as the university focus test in “Economy and Companies” he is currently in preparation for the first state exam.

As a scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung he has been supporting the ICTL as Junior Researcher since 2022. Mr. Stemann also acts as Membership Affairs Officer of the Secretariat of the International Network of Customs Universities (INCU) in Canberra.

During his study, Mr. Stemann has completed an internship at Streitbörger PartGmbB in Hamm and Münster with regard to matters of corporate, insurance and banking law. He also was intern at the Ministry of Regional Identity, Local Government, Building and Digitalization of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia processing European public procurements, preparing statements to the audit court of North Rhine-Westphalia and adapting contracts.
