Manuel Schmitz-Herscheidt is studying law at the University of Münster in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

During his studies, Mr. Schmitz-Herscheidt completed an internship at the German Bundestag in Berlin and an internship at the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf.

Mr. Schmitz-Herscheidt has been working as a student assistant at the ICTL since 2026.
